Best chessboard all around seriously I’ve been playing with this with my friends everywhere we been traveling! I love playing chess daily to exercise my mind and they as well. Board and pieces work exactly like you would expect from the pics and videos. Rolls up and back out, and pieces hold while closed. Small will fit in your vehicle cup holder or bottle spot on your backpack. XL is about the size of a 32oz water bottle. Great for games when I can, and for when I want to study a position from reading or practice while I’m traveling and want to save

This is an amazing little chessboard. The 3D pieces are beautiful and distinguishable. It does matter how you Orient them. Just a little tip. I like to keep the knights at a 45° angle, And you turn the bishops so the Gap is facing you. You do those two things and this tiny little board punches way outside its weight class. You can store all the captured pieces on the board so clean up takes literally 1 second. You can pick it up, shake it, throw it up and down, open it back up and the pieces will not have moved. This is the best travel chess board you can buy.

My favorite travel board

I’ve been playing chess for about 5 years now, and really enjoy this board. My coworker and I are able to play in our work van and not worry about our pieces flying off the board when I didn’t see the red light after losing my queen… lol

Amazing Chess Set

I would recommend to anyone who wants a good quality and durable chess set. The magnets are strong so pieces stay put. We are planning to use it on a long flight next week and think it will be a hit. It exceeds my expectations and might even buy another one

Disappointed

This board was great and I truly loved the idea of travelling with this board. I've played with it only a handful of times and it has already broke. The plastic triangle piece broke and now the board does not hold together. I have emailed and they replied fairly quickly and asked me to send some pictures which I did right away but haven't heard anything. Hopefully I will get a response here. I wish they made these boards a little more durable to withstand travel.

Update: They sent me a replacement free of charge. Great customer service and I'm hoping this one holds up.

Awesome setup
